- Ensure that both the game and the Facebook app are updated to their latest versions.

Android Users:
- Ensure that both the Facebook app and Google Play Services are updated.
- Log out of Facebook on all apps and browsers, especially your default web browser on your device, restart your device, and log back in with the correct account.
- Check that all required permissions are enabled for Facebook in your device settings.
- If the issue persists, try clearing the cache for both the Facebook app and the game under Settings > Apps.
- If you still can't reconnect, check Facebookâs platform status to see if there are any ongoing issues.
