You WON'T directly advance to the new rank, upon completing all the stars.
For example:
If you have the 'Epic Chef' rank with 5 stars, you’ll reach the 'Legendary Chef' rank after completing 5 more tasks and earning your first star in the 'Legendary Chef' career.
