I am not able to collect Delivery Points

This is happening either because you're not in a club, or because there is no active Club Tournament or Club Challenge at the moment.

Since Delivery Points are mainly used as a scoring currency for the Club Tournament and the Club Challenge, only players who are part of a club can collect them during Club Tournaments and Challenges.

If you're already in a club but no challenge or tournament is currently active, simply wait for the next one to begin in order to earn Delivery Points for your task or quest.
