What's Cafe Rating and how do I increase it?

Your Cafe Rating shows how you are doing in your business. The higher the rating is, the more customers you get to host in your place - which means more money! The perks of having a higher cafe rating aren't limited to having more customers. When you have a high rating cafe, Celebrities you host will give you bonus rewards and customers will leave more tips after they eat.

In order to increase your total cafe rating, you need to work on all 6 categories to reach 5 stars!

Free Space

This rating is determined by the space the customers can to walk around in your place. When things get stuffy, they start to complain.

Tip: The roomier your place is, the higher this rating will be.

Capacity

This rating is determined by the number of tables and chairs you have in your place. The customers might expect to see many empty seats to give you good remarks. 

Tip: It's always a good idea to add some tables and chairs if your rating is hanging low.

Decoration

This rating is determined by the amount of coins and cash you spend to decorate your cafe. Items of any categories except for Stoves are taken into account for this category.

Tip: Decorate your place nice and beautiful to make it really shine!

Vending Machines

This rating is determined by the number of filled vending machines you have in your place. 

Tip: Remember to keep your machines full and add extra ones when customers are getting grumpy.

Fun

This rating is determined by the number of charged fun items you have in your place.

Tip: It's always a good idea to recharge your fun items to keep your customers happy and avoid the sad faces.

Food Mastery

As incoming customers make comments about your cafe, your stars can increase and decrease.

Keep in mind that requirements or customer needs might increase according to your level. So your rating might drop when you level up. Good luck keeping it up!
