Vouchers needed to renew have cost us all our veteran players.
We lost 25 team players over last couple months who finally quit because the game stopped being fun after making vouchers so hard to collect, and taking too many vouchers to recharge (stoves, coin collectors, etc). These updates have cost loyal players - we had a strong team who had mostly been together for many years. Shame on them. I’m about done too. Keep waiting for them to see the drop in players and correct….but instead of caring about dropping player counts, they seem to think new players paying more for a minute and then and quitting because they learn it’s ridiculous, is more important than the sustainability of loyal long term players. If I were this company’s CEO, I would fire the team managing this game and ruining the player experience and dropping game play.
