Purple vouchers - what is best way to earn…

anyone know best way to ear purple vouchers?   I’m level 266, so I have all the tools and boosters.   I haven’t been able to earn 50 purple vouchers to charge the coin collector after playing full time for 2 months.  Either the game has been rigged, or I’m not concentrating on the right activities.
