CL colored cards disappearing?

Has anyone else noticed their cards disappearing? I'm trying to collect them to build the Fruit machine, but every 1-3 days the green and pink almost all disappear. I've noticed it 3 times now. I'll never be able to build at this point. I log back in today and they're both back down to 3. Are they trying to force us to use cash and pay money to complete our builds? I've had over 10 of each color just disappear. But I haven't done anything that would use them.

  I checked that my CL money, and my coins, are decreasing every time I close and open the game after a few hours, or even minutes.

  And with regard to my celebrities, they see off the "walk" to pass the level, or even decrease the level of my celebrity.
