Game Bugged!

My game bugged! I extended my four premium booster. My cash has decreased. Sadly, it didn't push through.

Then recently i extended again my four premium booster. But the comment collector only has been extended. 

I created a support ticket regarding my concern. It's been almost a month. But unfortunately, i never had a reply.
