When i first started this game i had no problem getting enough of the stuff to create sauces, now it is horrible can't even get items to make wholesale and magic sauce.So Aggravating. Makes me want to stop playin

  I agree! Especially, wholesale sauce. This has especially become a problem since the elimination of the generic second row in the catering truck which requires more cooking and dumping of dishes from counters.
