More tools for Club leaders and some features.

Ideas

-Add Individual In-game text messaging  and Message Reminders - that way we can chat individually with our Club Members or post a reminder so anyone in the club can see.

-A system where club leaders can decide the quota to meet for the Club events, that way all members know how much to do in every club competition and we can balance all the tasks. 
(Example: Quota for boxes:  50  boxes per member, Quota for task: 35,000 points.) 

Other small feature/ideas

1.Online green dot for visuals that members are online. 

2.Visual/small notification to know when members see you message in chat. (seen by all members/seen by a few/counter or something of that nature).
