Clearing unwanted food from food counters

the wholesale sauces are good but they do not remove large quantities of food, I'm returning after being away for 12 months, I knew I would be away, so filled my counters as I have returned, I find the game has changed and no longer require alot of the food, we need to be able to purchase a sauce that will remove the total amount from each counter. If this is impossible, could you please clear all of my counters, Thank You for your time
