Can anyone help me how to unlock my account. I dont know what happened I was suddenly banned from the game. I played again last night after so long. But today it was banned

  The game or the Challenge? I was banned from playing in the challenge (that starts on Thursday) once for inactivity but it came back the next week. If you are banned from the game entirely I have no clue
