Blocked from support

I am no longer allowed to put in a support ticket or edit my member rules after i nicely said they were being unfair. They didn't even change my chef rank after receiving my new food truck. How long does this punishment last? Has this happened to anyone else? I can't even find away to contact the game about this problem. Does anyone else have suggestions?
