When opening game it loads then the screen turns black and the game shuts off

it's been like this for 2 weeks .

My club members are experiencing the same situation.

Idem depuis la nouvelle mise a jour!!a chaque fois je dois désinstaller le jeu!c'est pénible!!!

I finally got a response from customer support, they basically told me the problem is a have an old phone.....it’s really upsetting

It’s getting very frustrating! Every time I load the game, the screen turns black and it goes out! I can’t get into my inventory to decorate, I can’t invite celebrities, I can’t check event status. Basically the whole games gone haywire! PLEASE FIX THIS CAFEWORLD. I love the game, but it’s getting too frustrating to play anymore. Oh and I don’t want to play through Facebook. Thank you in advance.
