Account loss

My account is lost. I can’t get back my 1st account it was connected on my facebook and then I create 2nd account I connect that to gamegos. But when I switch it to my 1st account which was connected to my facebook, it says that You’re connected to this account. How can I get back my 1st account? Need help.
