Anyone else’s App keep crashing when loading?

I’ve been trying for a week to get into my Cafe. Every time I try to load it it crashes. I can’t get in to play at all. Anyone else having this problem?

  If you are using iphone,, maybe thats the problem or because of the phone ram is below 2gb or is it 3gb? Cant remember. But if "No" for both so idk. Try reaching their customer service for help.

  Yes mines doing same I’m using iPad Air 1 ever time I open to modify it crashes so annoying
