Missing inventory

I am missing many items from my inventory. Floor tiles (Snow, footprints, ice), wall decorations (all Christmas items from last year; wreaths, etc),Halloween items, 4th of July items),  wallpaper (all Christmas gone from last year, ; reindeer, bells, snowy), Regular decorations( Christmas trees, snowy trees, penguins), Furniture (all Christmas gone, (snowy table,  hairs, table with tablecloth, decorated chairs).

please restore my items. (I opened 2 support tickets and did not receive a response.
