Door Disappeared

Once the Christmas event started I started buying Holiday walls.  I used the candy canes to purchase them.  Once I started adding one went over the door and I can move. I tried correcting by trying another wall and now there is definitely a glitch.  It is stuck in design mode and I can't do anything.  Also, when I go in to keep checking it keeps saying I have made tips but no one is coming in or out.  

HELP!!
