Party Stickers

I have a question about the Random Party Stickers. I have completed all party categories except the newest one, the Masquarade Ball. Every single random party sticker I get is the top left EVERY SINGLE TIME. Is this a glitch or just a way to get us to spend our cafe cash to buy a New Party Sticker Pack?

  Is there any thing special you need to do to unlock this party so I can start getting stickers for it? Or do I have to complete every single party like you have in order to start this?

  So after updated, my party sticker back to normal like not always gave top left and it is faster to level up the party.

  @tiffany idk but all i know maybe its luck to even get the sticker complete for this masquerade party which is hard if you didnt complete other party sticker yet since if you open up the green one, you will get random stickers...

  I've reached all levels on the parties i have packs that can't be used
