Not receiving my gifts from tournaments

After tapping the key to collect the gift the load icon will began and then my game just cuts off or sometime it will show me my winnings and then my will go out completely

  I I can’t collect my gifts, don’t receive my special event items and prizes for cater challenge.  All the work for NOTHING.
