Why are there now 2 numbers for experience for cooking a dish? Is the first number the amount you get for cooking an unaltered dish & the second number added once the dish is fully mastered?

  It is the explanation of the bonus experience pts in you Cafe. There are two levels. You earn e Tra bonus as your Cafe is expanded. There is also bonus from special sets and boosters thar you buy. Now you can see the bonuses earned. Go to the FAQ tab page for the full description.
