I reported early this morning and no one responded to ticket. We were kicking butt too! We were already in #1 and I had over 200 unclaimed club rewards.
anyone can have a glitch, but they suck for not posting any communication to the loyal players.

The last looked we were working our way to 3rd place. When I got off work I could see my team and tournament.I reported it, and no response to my ticket either.

Has anyone received a response from cafeland regarding the outage of cafe clubs? I was almost done with 2 high points tasks but because of the outage the time to complete the tasks had expired pushing me back from 1st th 5th. Then I ran outta tasks available even though I bought several with my in game currency. I sent 3 support tickets, no answer back and it's so disappointing.
They should compensate loyal players with with extra currency, vouchers, and especially gold favors.
Communication is very lacking.
