Major glitches...

Based on previous posts, I don't have a lot of hope that this will get answered. But maybe somebody will read it in administration. this is the third time that I have reached a level where I am was supposed to be able to add a vending machine and it won't let me. I just reached a level a couple of minutes ago, and it said congratulations and it showed a vending machine where I could add. And it wouldn't let me again. Now I have to play another 10 levels. this is getting so ridiculous. That you have to keep playing and playing and playing to reach levels to be able to get things and then it won't let you. Plus on top of that you have a ghost that takes our money away and spends it on our premium boosters. I took a three-hour nap yesterday and I woke up and a $140 in cash was gone for the fourth time in less than a month. I checked and I found it that it was applied to one of my premium boosters. I don't know if the administration has players that go into our accounts and spend our money when we have too much cash or something. But this is not fair. We have the right to spend our cash the way we want to. we spend hours and hours and hours playing this game. I actually love playing the game. But I've gotten to a point where I feel like it's the most unfair game that I have ever played in my life. I can't send support tickets because my support tickets do not show up. It's a blank screen every single time. So I get no answers to any of my questions or any of the issues that I have. when you do another update you need to fix it so we can get what we learned. Cuz you're not letting us. Eventually people are going to want to quit playing your game. Cuz there are other players who are experiencing the same thing I'm experiencing and we're about all ready to do a major walk out. And maybe if we boycotted this game y'all would start doing things better. sorry but I just had to rant. Cuz I'm just so tired of this happening over and over again.
