Unable to access Club and chat icon

How come I couldn't access the club and chat icon and why does this happen EVEYTIME we have a tournament. This is so infuriating. You can't even manage to provide atleast a way to amend this inconvenience. I have tried to restart the game, even reinstalled it. But nothing worked. Can you please do something? IGN: Zoldyck Cafe
