After Update problem

Before update cannot visit neighbour, After updated same cannot visit neighbour and cannot see the cafe club talking group. The games want me update but I already updated.

    After update, cannot see images of what cafe club members have posted in help tasks, also cannot see image of what I have posted and the cancel button is missing.  Bottom line, I can’t give or receive help :/

    This happened to me as well. I'm also scrolling friends tab when the game crashes and the game needs to be restarted

    I can't see what they want in post-update help. I cannot ask for help from the internet vending machine and I cannot cancel the help. at the same time, I cannot expand the camera setting, zoom in and out.

    После обновления Игровое поле не могу сделать меньше! Играю на телефоне, очень не удобно.

    My comment to cafeland.
    Latest update makes no sense! What has happened to requests for help? You can't cancel, no idea what you are helping with, and no food leaves your counters so no special event points! Part of the fun of helping is sharing what is needed while earning food points. I am in a great club that loves to help. This is not helpful.

    Hi there,
    You can now help fellow club members who asked for help without spending any food of your own! Helping other member will now be much easier!
    If you were the one who asked for help, your catering box or your online order will be filled automatically when your club members complete your help request.

    but how can I make a helping hand request if i can't find my HH (hand) tool request? I also don't have a pending request on my teams wall..

    Tengo el mismo problema y aún más una vez realice la actualización he entrado varias veces y el juego me bota y me pide nuevamente actualizar, no puedo entrar a jugar es muy decepcionante porque hasta desaparecieron todos mis amigos. Una pena porque por segunda vez pierdo, la primera vez llegue a nivel 45 y ahora que estoy en nivel casi 98 me vuelve a suceder lo mismo.

    Same as before. You can only request for help by clicking hand. You can only have one request at a time. The difference is it stays up. You can't cancel. It mysteriously fills up your food request. When it is completely filled you will get a claim button. Then you can find and post another item.

    Si pero no puedo jugar, entro y me pide actualizar y ya lo hice, estoy 5 minutos y me saca del juego

    This is update is terrible. 1000 catering boxes?!?! And rewards are the same as 400??? Can’t zoom out? Catering call back early is now 50 cash??? Very disappointed with y’all right now. Guess I’m supposed to be happy about the max 10 hr on cooking time....would be if you hadn’t changed other things mentioned above

    After update, I can't expand the camera setting zoom in and out and it sucks when you throw a party u can't pop all the bubbles because of this!

    La nueva actualización no es agradable. Me gusta más antes de que pueda cancelar la ayuda cuando quería sin esperar a que se completara. Además ahora debemos llenar 1000 cajas y es el mismo premio. Creo que nos están afectando más envez de que el juego sea más agradable ya ni ganas de jugar me dan. Creo que deben arreglarlo o mínimo dejar lo del club como estaba antes de la actualización.

    The took our rights to zoom in and out, ridiculous?! I hope they fix that and why would they increase the catering boxes to 1000 and not increase the rewards?

    estoy totalmente de acuerdo en que la forma de responder a la ayuda que te piden es más rápida y efectiva, lo que no pensaron es en los clubes que nada más tienen dos miembros, yo soy uno de ellos, porque quién más te va a completar el pedido de tu solicitud de ayuda????? cómo no hay quien termine tu solicitud, se pierde la oportunidad de seguir pidiendo ayuda porque nadie va a terminar la solicitud que mandaste, por eso hay tantos problemas con esta actualización, lo que creo que solucionaría este problema es volver a poner la opción de cancelar la solicitud de ayuda para que se restablezca la mano y así poder seguir solicitando más ayudas, de otra forma nos están dejando sin esa opción a muchísimos jugadores
