New helping hand request

Developers made helping hands easier. You don't lose food from inventory. You just click for help and when friends fill up the whole bar you will get a claim button. Your food will mysteriously be filled. Then you can make another request.

  I’d rather lose food from inventory.  You can no longer cancel an order and repost so if you have the catering task during a tournament, you need at least 5 people online with you to fill your request or it just sits.  These rooms are filled with members in different time zones so it’s rare that 5 members will be online at the same time.

  Actually you don’t get any food. I tested it with 5 helps and received nothing when they were completed. It takes nothing to give help because the person gets nothing

  The helping hand task does not take into account small clubs, and players from different time zones, I have waited hours for help only to be timed out! Please change this back again IT DOES NOT WORK!

  I love play the game and look forward to tournament. Please change helping hand back to what is was. Our club have players in different time zones which makes it impossible to achieve. Take the helping hands task out of tournament or change it back please

  Intended changes aside im upset because of all the glitching ive had as well. I tried to contact support and they blew me off with an explanation of the new system which im already aware of. If i ask for help and then fill a different order, my help request disappears and i am unable to ask for any further help for an undetermined amount of time. It also randomly seems to just disappear right after being posted when npoone has helped. The order disappears without getting filled but i am unable to ask for help again. What gives? And why am i sometimes able to ask for help a couple times in a row then i cant ask anymore... other times i ask once and the option seems to be gone for hours on end. I dont understand what is going on but most if not all members of my group failed the helping hands task as a result. Ive had people in the group comment that they have asked for help but none of us can even see their help request. They need to fix this mess immediately.
  As for intended changes, if they are going to leave helping hands the way theyve made it then they need to remove or alter the helping hands task. Even for an active group in league 1 it is nearly impossible. We are from all over the world and theres no way to get enough people on at the same time.
  Also... why does it sometimes require 2 helps to fill.. then other times its 5...

  The new update for helping hand sucks... a lot if players are asking to return it back to the way it was before but it seems that the game creators ignores the players
