Anyone understand the new food quantity??? Update

When you go to cook an item, and it says the quantity is (Pea Pesto Crostini 138+27).   What does that mean???

  I think you have a serving booster in your cafe, which gives you more servings for that food. The "+27" is the additional servings your booster is giving you. So your total serving quantity is 138+27=165 for that dish.

  Booster is based on completed sets displayed in each food category, mastering dishes, and bonuses from activated helpers like carts and kitchen machines.
