Replace Eva's Cafe Link with Random Neighbor's Cafe Link

It would be nice to have a random neighbor also listed in the friend list when we are visiting a friend (or a neighbor) so that we do not have to go back to our own cafe in order to visit another neighbor (who is not added as a friend).

Maybe after we have already visited Eva's cafe, replace Eva's cafe link to a random neighbor's cafe link.
