Experience points bug at party

Bug at the previous update.. The bug party.. After I was done partying and when I saw the experience points it gave around 7 billion exp points. Then I jump to level 426, now my cafe rating is only 2 1/2 stars.. Only a few costumers come to my cafe anymore. And I already reviewed on the playstore. And they replied that I have to create a support to ticket so that they can assist me properly. And I've been already doing that before I kept reviewing them on the playstore.. And now I can't see my support on the "My Support Ticket".. Developer please help me.. I want to return my account back to normal. I've send a screenshot on my previous support ticket.. But my sister accidentally cleaned my phone and erased all of my photos.

Oh, also the task for the tournament and the onlinr order machine is way hard now because of the level.. Please return my account back to normal.
