Customer and cafe rating rules
rules to how much rating affects customers and how the rating is itself affected by individual factors such as decoration, vending machines etc is unclear. Like I don't know how many customers per hour will visit my Cafe if I've a 5 star rating; and how much this number will drop at a rating of 4.5 or 4 or at a single star should be quantifiable in customers per hour.
Moreover, the same should be done for those factors, like if I need to maintain a 5 star rating for capacity, it should show numbers that I've to have 10 chairs and tables for single star rating, 20 for 2 star and 50 chairs and tables for 5 star rating. Similarly how much free space is required should be shown in numbers like 50 tiles should be blank. Hence in order to maintain 5 star rating for both I'll be able to add or remove chairs and tables. It should be for all factors

I know you get less customers with less stars so I bought the service cart booster. For tournaments I recharge the service cart with 5 purple vouchers and activate it to the boost my ratings back to 5 stars. Don't know the magic formula to appease the game designers...
