Bad review

Why i get bad review from food side, only 1 or 2 stars, change sometimes like this for nothing i dont understand. I have 23 counter with many differents foods, the maximum of the counter is 30, so i should to get minimun 3/4 stars correct??? I really dont understand your system already for many things!!!!!!!!!!
