How does phone ordering work, I charged my telephone order thingy and its not doing anything? How does it work please

It keeps taking orders on its own, if you keep looking at food counter, you will notice some changes in the quantity, plus the notification "order by phone" or something like that. And the coins would be added on top of the machine. Incase you fail to collect from there it will automatically get added to the total collection.
