Restarting the game

I want to restart the game again, can i just remove the game and re-download it? Will it give me the option to restart or will it automatically upload my progress to how it is now? Has anyone else done this? Any advice would be great before i try

  Jessie you can Uninstall and install it again, then you will need to play a new game. After you level you 1 or 2 times then you have the options to switch to your main account. You go to where you click on setting...you're see switch make sure you save your game also.
