Help me please

When I remove neighbors automaticaly is full again 😒 50/50 I can't to fill with neighbors that I want WHY? I like to put in my neighbors bar some players from my group/club What I can to do?

  I put the team members as friends, you can designate 30 there, you are always going to have 50 neighbors.  You can control your friend list
