The difference between following the white finger pointing to party hats, and not following it

Hi, I wonder what is the difference between following the white finger pointing to party hats (after choosing a party to set the party decoration), and not following this finger (random clicks)?
I searched the net to find an answer, but couldn't find any, even on your site.
I thought that when you follow the pointing finger accordingly you will get more than 4 prizes, but it's not always the same result.
So please game developers can you explain this white finger, what it do & why we have to follow it?

  It has nothing realted with points...it's just for the decorations for the party.Though u cud get few extra coins with this
