Game messing up

In the league battle it asked me to cook pasta dishes, I started, it counted my dishes up to one ninety and then stopped counting. I have cooked double what I needed and it still says one ninety. Help please

  I can get to the game and it says, "The game will be installed soon."  What is soon?  It's been three days. Why can't I get into the game? I didn't have any trouble getting into Cafeland.
