Collecting tips from tables quickly

What is the quickest way to colletct tips from tables? I can never finish the collect tips from tables task in the weekly Cafe Club Chllange even when I use the Tip Collector.

  You need to set your cafe so the customers can get in and out fast! See my cafe as a example!

  Have as many tables and chairs as you can and throw parties

  Yes, throw a party, wait for all or most of those customers to leave, throw another party.

  Throw parties, activate service cart with vouchers, have lots of food on serving counters...
