Lost Progress

I am opening and playing this game after years, I had a very progressed account. However, after opening the game on my PC it said that flash had stopped supporting it, and I need to install it on my phone. That is fine, but on the phone, it asked me to link my Facebook and I thought my old progress would be revived, but it asked me to start over. How to fix it?

  I’ve list my cafe EVERYTHING! I was on level 262 it’s took me to level 1 I can’t even cook or do a support thing! I had an old whisk and sent one from that abs they said they could not do ANYTHING!! I’m SO UPSET
