Unlock elegant cake

Does anyone know what goal it is to unlock the elegant cake? I do not see it even blocked in my recipe/menu book.

  That's the point. When you are done with the "Unlock Elegant Cake" quest, you will be able to cook the dish.

  The dish is especially useful for "spend coins by cooking any food" task in tournaments.

  No it doesn't. What I was asking was what task is it, and also shouldn't I be able to see it in my cookbook with the (unlock with task) over it?

  It should be visible in cookbook under desert category with "Unlock with Quest" over it.

  I have unlocked it a while ago so I can't screenshot the picture with the lock.

  About the task, you have to keep do the quest that rewards new dish, then "unlock elegant cake" quest will appear eventually (unless you have gotten it). :)
