Why am I being forced to join a team by giving a daily quest to help team members? I joined a TEAM and the tournament was over but before I got the chance to fill a truck order for the truck challenge I was kicked off the team. I don't think that should be one of the daily quest became not everyone wants to join a team.

  joining a team is very beneficial, you will get lots of reward and goodies, you can’t get playing alone
