How do you “help” other players? I tap on my own for help but its confusing to get it going. I have tasks to complete by helping others. Duh? What am I missing?

Hello, Lorraine.
First, you have to be in a club. The members may send help to other members by tapping the hand button on catering truck or online order. Then an exclamation mark will appear in the top-left button, tap the hand button there, and there will be help button which you can tap to help other players to finish their orders.
Your task will progress after it.
