Why can't I buy additional tasks?

At the start of the current tourney I was able to buy my first task, wanted to buy another but the option is now gone. How does buying tasks become available again?

In the past I was able to buy 3 tasks during each tournament, but could only buy the first then the option disappeared

In my game.. the task is not showing.. just my late task of last tournament.. i cant doing tournament..

My tournament game restarted.. gave me 17 new tasks but when i redo, the points dont update. And all my unclaimed stars unable to collect..

I have joined a new league foodtrip ni sayso, it isnt showing anyone when tasks are completed I have 4500 stars but isnt showing any for me or anyone else, and yes I have updated recently too.
