Lost account. 2nd time

After a reinstall of my os, I lost access to my game save. I was connected to google play. When clicking connect nothing happens. It simply says you are already connected to the game with this account. This level *1* account. The first time this problem came up I was level 160 and I started over. This time I was level 66 and I refuse to start over again. Please advise.

  If you were connected to Facebook or Google Play/Game Center, you can always download a new game, connect that game to either one of these and choose your old cafe to have it back. It's very important that you choose the cafe you wish to keep - in your case, your old cafe. You can see its name and level once the game asks you to choose.
  
  If you weren't connected, you can write to our Support Team and they will be glad to help you out and guide you through the steps. Please note that finding your cafe might be a bit tricky and is not guaranteed if you are not connected.
  
  Please also note that your situation seems like you may have overwritten your cafe. If that's the case, it cannot be restored. Players are warned beforehand about not to overwrite their cafes. Please contact our Support team for more info about your situation.
