i click the switch button and lost my game

Hi cafeland my phone had to be reprogrammed because of an error. That means deleting all data including this game. And when i installed cafeland back, i went back to level 1 but i was confident that i will get back my level 87 cafe named mrk mrk because it was connected to my google account. So i decided to go to settings and click the SWITCH google account button but im still at level 2 and i cannot get back at my level 87 cafe. Did i do the wrong thing? Because i am now thinking that i should have clicked the connect button instead of switch. And i am now worried that my level 87 cafe has been deleted because i switched it to my level 2 cafe, am i right? If not how can i get my old cafe back?

If you were connected to Facebook or Google Play/Game Center, you can always download a new game, connect that game to either one of these and choose your old cafe to have it back. It's very important that you choose the cafe you wish to keep - in your case, your old cafe. You can see its name and level once the game asks you to choose.
If you weren't connected, you can write to our Support Team and they will be glad to help you out and guide you through the steps. Please note that finding your cafe might be a bit tricky and is not guaranteed if you are not connected.
Please also note that your situation seems like you may have overwritten your cafe. If that's the case, it cannot be restored. Players are warned beforehand about not to overwrite their cafes. Please contact our Support team for more info about your situation.
