gifts and visit

failure to reset. i keep having this problem for more than a month. once i sent the 5 gifts or visit friends i can't sent gifts or visit even after a week. it keep showing i reach the daily limit ( even after 24h). i have to constantly uninstall and install to be able to use this option
. and is so frustrating to do this all the time just to send gifts. any suggestions?
