Offline play option

I think it would be great if there was an option to continue playing offline. Often the network seems to drop and the game will not work. I've played other games in which you can continue playing offline and the progress will be uploaded once internet connection is reestablished.
I spent hours working on online orders & deliveries only for the network to crash and now I will lose all my progress as the timer will end.
