Cafeland deleted everything in my cafe that I had bought, tiles, ect. Is there any way to bring everything back up again so I don't have to start completely over?

If you were connected to Facebook or Google Play/Game Center, you can always download a new game, connect that game to either one of these and choose your old cafe to have it back. It's very important that you choose the cafe you wish to keep - in your case, your old cafe. You can see its name and level once the game asks you to choose.
If you weren't connected, you can write to our Support Team and they will be glad to help you out and guide you through the steps. Please note that finding your cafe might be a bit tricky and is not guaranteed if you are not connected.
