There is no increase in number of tournament task as league up

My club is in league 1 and been in the first group every tournament, but there is no increase in number of tournament task at all for upcoming tournament. It is 17 tasks only which is same with lower club league. How can club rewarded for increase number of task when league up as stated by fqa cafeland? And would like to know the maximum number of task increase for a club. Thanks.
