Cafe restarted from the beginning- I did not want or request it!

Hi! Has anyone else had this issue? I log in to play one day, and my level stayed the same (100+) but the cafe started from the very beginning of the game! I had it connected to my accounts. Last time I connected I had the option to rewrite the one saved in the account with the one I was playing currently. I didn't have that option this time!! What happened?? Can I get back to where I was? Who else has this happened to???
I would really like my cafe to back to where I was working on it. I had been working on it for probably a year! If I can't get back to that cafe, can I at least get a lot of cafe cash to get back to where I was? Is this a scam to get people who are obviously involved to try and get them to spend money on cafe cash? Please rectify! I can't be the only one who this has happened to.
