How not to be a leader

I am the team leader of the team masterchefs and don't have the time needed to be a leader and would like to put someone in my place but don't know how to any help would be greatly appreciated thank you in advance

  Hi there Jo Harris!
  
  Leadership works this way: If a leader of the club is either inactive for 2 weeks or they leave the club, their leadership status is revoked and given to the oldest moderator in the club.
  
  This means the easiest way to not be the leader anymore is to leave the club and re-enter it. We suggest doing this while the tournament is not active!

  Will you please make a setting for it so it won't be hard for people to change role?
